At Castroom, we believe creative assets should be yours to use without unnecessary restrictions. Every purchase includes a commercial licence, giving you the freedom to create content for yourself, your business, or your clients.

1. What Your Licence Includes

When you purchase Castroom, you receive a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free commercial licence to use the included AI character reference images.

Your licence allows you to:

✅ Create AI-generated images, videos, advertisements and other content.
✅ Use assets in paid advertising campaigns, including Meta, TikTok, Google and other platforms.
✅ Create content for clients, brands and businesses.
✅ Use the same characters across unlimited projects and campaigns.
✅ Modify, animate and transform characters using compatible AI tools.
✅ Share assets with your internal team and contractors working on your projects.
✅ Publish and monetise finished content created using Castroom.
✅ Use assets indefinitely without additional payments to Castroom.

2. What You Cannot Do

While we encourage creative freedom, the following activities are not permitted:

❌ Resell, redistribute or sublicense the original Castroom reference images.
❌ Repackage Castroom assets into another downloadable character pack, stock image collection or competing library.
❌ Share your purchased ZIP files publicly or distribute them to people outside your authorised team.
❌ Upload the original reference library to file-sharing websites or publicly accessible databases.
❌ Claim exclusive ownership of the original Castroom characters or reference images.
❌ Use the assets for unlawful, defamatory or deliberately misleading purposes.

You can sell finished creative work made using Castroom. You cannot resell the underlying reference library itself.

3. Using Castroom for Client Work

Yes, Castroom is fully licensed for commercial client projects.

If you're a creative strategist, marketer, agency owner, video editor or content creator, you can use Castroom to produce content for as many clients as you like.

You may deliver finished images, videos, advertisements and other creative work directly to your clients.

However, transferring the original Castroom reference files to a client for their independent use is not permitted. Clients who want direct access to the reference library must purchase their own licence.

4. Team & Agency Usage

Your purchase covers use by your internal team and contractors working on behalf of the purchasing individual or business.

You can share the reference files internally to streamline production and collaborate on projects.

Team members and contractors cannot independently redistribute, resell or use the files outside work authorised by the licence holder.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Purchasing Castroom grants you a licence to use the included assets. It does not transfer ownership of the original Castroom library or grant exclusive rights to individual characters.

The same characters may be licensed to other Castroom customers.

Castroom does not claim ownership of original finished content you create using the assets. However, the legal rights available in AI-generated outputs can depend on applicable law and the terms of the AI tools you use.

6. Third-Party AI Platforms

Castroom provides downloadable reference assets, not AI generation software.

Our assets are designed to work with compatible AI image and video generation platforms.

Your use of any third-party AI tool is subject to that platform's own terms, conditions and commercial usage policies.

Castroom cannot guarantee compatibility with every AI platform or that specific outputs will be achievable.

7. Licence Duration & Termination

Your commercial licence does not expire, and there are no recurring licence fees payable to Castroom.

However, Castroom reserves the right to terminate your licence if you materially violate these terms.

Nothing in this licence affects your statutory consumer rights.
